Head of Loyola-Gymnasium Prizren

Shaping education in times of change and beyond

Kosovo

Head of Loyola-Gymnasium Prizren

During my time as Head of Loyola High School in Prizren, I faced a dual challenge: further developing the institution strategically while guiding it through the Covid-19 pandemic.
With a clear focus on resilience and pragmatism, the successful transition to online learning was achieved, supported by targeted crisis management and team development.

In addition, I led and supported the establishment of the first locally integrated dual vocational training center in Kosovo in the field of mechatronics. This project connects education, private industry, and hands-on practice.
The result is a sustainable model that opens up new opportunities for young people and strengthens the local economy.

Vaccination Outreach Monitoring and Demand Generation under challenging conditions

Afghanistan

Supporting the Afghan Team at Acasus

As a consultant for Acasus’ Afghan team, I supported local professionals both on-site and remotely. The focus was on outreach monitoring for vaccination campaigns and demand generation, two critical areas for sustainable development programs.

Through targeted process guidance, practical training, and continuous reflection, we were able to strengthen local ownership.
This created impact that goes beyond short-term project results and is driven by the people on the ground.

Language and Integration Coach at UnuMondo

In my role as a coach at UnuMondo, I support people with a migration background in developing practical language skills and cultural understanding.

The work goes beyond language, focusing on participation, self-confidence, and identity. It demonstrates how individual development is key to social integration and building community.

Leadership of Foundation "Schweiz ForAfrika"

Building trust, securing impact, shaping the future

Angola / Schweiz

Leadership of Foundation "Schweiz ForAfrika"

As head of Stiftung Schweiz ForAfrika, I was responsible for the strategic and operational development of the Swiss country office of the international organization.

Through targeted measures, we were able to stabilize fundraising and strengthen the foundation’s positioning for the long term. During an on-site evaluation in Angola, I also supported the school nutrition program to assess and improve impact and processes in practice.

This work demonstrated how operational engagement and strategic leadership can create meaningful impact for children and communities on the ground.

Project Leadership and Coaching in Laos (AIESEC & Youth to Business Challenge)

Empowering young people to take responsibility

Laos

Project Leadership and Coaching in Laos (AIESEC & Youth to Business Challenge)

In Laos, I led and coached various youth projects, including the Youth to Business Challenge and the local AIESEC unit in Vientiane.

The goal was to encourage young people to take social responsibility, think entrepreneurially, and develop practical solutions for local challenges.

Through intercultural coaching, team development, and project-based learning, we created an environment where young talents could turn their ideas into tangible results. This is impact that grows.
